
The heads of the security services of Azerbaijan and Armenia meet to Karabakh?
Baku/18.02.21/Turan: In the near future, in Karabakh (near the village of Sugovushan), a meeting of the heads of the national security services of Armenia and Azerbaijan will take place with the participation of the leader of the separatists of Karabakh Araik Harutyunyan and the commander of the Russian peacekeepers Rustam Muradov.
This was announced on February 18 by the former Armenian ambassador to the Vatican Mikael Minasyan, citing sources in the Armenian government.
According to him, the agreement on the meeting was reached during the recent visit to Moscow of the chief of the National Security Service of Armenia and his meeting with the head of the Russian FSB Bortnikov.
The participants in the upcoming meeting will discuss "infrastructural issues", in fact, steps to integrate the remnants of Karabakh into Azerbaijan, " - Minasyan wrote.
Note that the heads of the Security Services of Armenia Abazyan and Azerbaijan Nagiyev have already met in Moscow in January with the mediation of the FSB chief and then at the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
According to the Armenian side, the same people had a meeting on February 12 in Karabakh, where the they discussed humanitarian issues, including the exchange of prisoners and the search for those missing during the first Karabakh war. -02D-
