The Karabakh Architecture Department will be engaged in construction in the liberated territories
Baku/12.08.21 / Turan: On August 12, the head of state issued an order on the establishment of the Karabakh Regional Department of Architecture and Urban Planning under the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture of Azerbaijan.
The new structure will be responsible for state control over urban planning in the administrative territories of Aghdam, Jebrail, Fizuli, Kelbajar, Gubadli, Lachin, Shushi, Khojaly, Khojavend and Zangilan regions.
The Cabinet of Ministers was instructed to allocate appropriate areas, provide the necessary financial, material, and technical support to the Karabakh Urban Development Department. -02D-

On November 19, the Sabail District Court of Baku granted the prosecution's request to extend the pretrial detention of Talysh researcher Iqbal Abilov for another four months, his lawyer, Rovshan Rahimov reported. According to the lawyer, the defense considers Abilov’s detention to be unjustified and disputes the charges brought against him. Abilov himself also rejected the accusations. The defense plans to file an appeal against the court's decision.
