The Prosecutor General's Office called to account the deputy head of the Chief Executive of the Sabail region
Baku/04.05.21/Turan: The Prosecutor General's Office has warned Khalida Bayramova, the deputy head of the executive branch of the Sabail district of Baku, and sent an appropriate submission to the head of the district for taking administrative measures against her in becasue of violation of the ethical standards of the state official.
According to the General Prosecutor's Office, Khalida Bayramova, using her official position, called the management of the polyclinic number 1 (located on the territory of the Sabail region) and demanded to issue a certificate to her relative about vaccination without doing the vaccination. -03D-

On February 13, the Appeal Court did not satisfy the defense's appeal against the decision of the Khatai Court regarding the arrest of journalist Shahnaz Beylargizi. According to the lawyer, the journalist herself did not participate in the trial due to poor health. The defense intends to submit a petition to replace the arrest with house arrest.
