The Prosecutor General's Office filed a lawsuit the fact of the helicopter crash
Baku/30.11.21/Turan: In connection with the crash on November 30 during a training flight at the Garaybat training ground of the Khizi region of a military helicopter of the State Border Service, a criminal case was initiated.
The investigation is being conducted at the Investigation Department of the General Prosecutor's Office under the Article 352.2 (violation of the rules of flight or preparation for flight, resulting in the death of two or more persons by negligence) and other Articles of the Criminal Code.
“At present, the employees of the prosecutor’s office who are at the scene are carrying out intensive investigative actions,” the press service of the General Prosecutor’s Office said. -0-
