Baku/26.11.22/Turan: The “Roadmap for 2022-2027” for the development and operation of the Middle Corridor passing through the territory of Turkey, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan was adopted on November 25 at a meeting in Aktau of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Transport of the three countries, the message of the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.
"This format is one of the important platforms for further expanding partnerships between countries with a high level of fraternal and partnership relations," Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov emphasized at the meeting. He noted the importance and prospects of the Zangezur corridor as part of the Middle Corridor.
The opening of all communications in the region, including the Zangezur corridor, will serve to expand international transport links, the minister continued. The first trilateral meeting of the ministers of foreign affairs and transport of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Turkey was held on June 27 this year in Baku. -06D-

The Azerbaijani citizen in the vehicle claimed ownership of the cargo and also stated that he was a diplomat. The investigation by the prosecutor's office is ongoing, reports Sabah newspaper. The media outlet does not disclose the name of the "diplomat," only his initials – M.G.Ş. The Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs has declined to comment on the situation.
