The status quo in the Karabakh conflict has changed - Hikmet Hajiyev
Baku / 09.10.20 / Turan: “Ankara is ready for negotiating. Turkey is one of the members of the OSCE Minsk Group and it is present in the geography of the region. Peace in the region is good for both Turkey and Russia," the assistant to the President of Azerbaijan Hikmet Hajiyev stated this in an interview with Haber Global.
"The format of negotiations will be more reliable with the participation of Turkey and Russia, both of these countries are neighboring and brotherly countries for Azerbaijan," Hajiyev said.
