The United States upset the balance - Ilham Aliyev
Baku/13.04.21/Turan: Azerbaijan did not receive any messages from the new US administration, stated the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, answering questions at a conference at ADA University about the role of the United States in the post-conflict period.
"We have not received any messages from the US administration since January. Today is April. Zero. No messages," he said.
At the same time, he noted that US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken had previously called Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. “I don’t know what they talked about, but again the balance is upset. I am not saying that we are waiting for his call, but he represents the co-chairing country of the Minsk Group. He should at least show his balanced approach,” Aliyev said.
According to him, so far the only message from the US administration has been the congratulation of US President Joe Biden on the Novruz holiday. — 06D-
