The US Ambassador visited the territory of Armenia bordering with Gazakh region
On November 15, the US Ambassador to Armenia, Christine Quinn, together with the EU observation mission, visited the Tavush region of Armenia, according to the mission's Twitter page.
The visit was organized by the mission's representative office in Ijevan, the report says.
It should be noted that this is the section of the border where two Azerbaijani enclaves occupied by Armenians in the early 90s and several other border villages of the Gazakh region of Azerbaijan are located.
Earlier, Baku several times raised the question of the necessity of the liberation of the captured settlements before Yerevan. However, there was no clear response from Armenia.
