Thirteen villages in Zangilan, Gubadli, Fizuli and Jabrayil were liberated
Baku/28.10.20/Turan: The Azerbaijani Armed Forces have released 13 more villages in the Zangilan, Gubaldin, Fizuli and Jabrayil regions, President Ilham Aliyev wrote on the evening of October 28 on his Twitter microblog.
These are the villages: Agaly-1, Agaly-2, Agaly-3, and Zerneli in Zanglian region.
In the Fizuli region, the village of Mandyly. In Jabrail - Gazanzami, Khanagabulag, Chyullu, Gushchular, Garaagadj, and in Gubadli - Giyasli, Azhilja, Gylydzhan.
The total number of settlements liberated by the Azerbaijani army since September 27 has exceeded 190. Among them are the cities of Jebrail, Fizuli, Zangilan, Gubadli and the village of Hadrut. — 06D-

Elvin Zeynalov, a religious activist living in the village of Mashtaga, was detained on January 31 around noon by individuals in plain clothes outside a store near his home. According to his relatives, later in the evening, Zeynalov was brought back home by people in black clothing, who conducted a search. They took Zeynalov's pants from the wardrobe, put marijuana in the pocket, then "seized" the drugs, filmed the video, and then took the activist away again.

On January 31, the trial of opposition politician Tofig Yagublu continued at the Baku Serious Crimes Court, where the examination of documents resumed. Yagublu pointed out the falsification of the search protocols related to the search at his home.
