UN Court to rule on Azerbaijan's claims against Armenia and Armenia v. Azerbaijan
Baku/30.11.21/Turan: The International Court of Justice will rule on December 7 on Azerbaijan's suit against Armenia for violating the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination. This is stated on the court's website.
A similar ruling by Armenia will be issued on the same day in a lawsuit against Azerbaijan.
Note that Azerbaijan and Armenia filed lawsuits against each other in September this year. The mutual accusations were about discrimination of citizens on the grounds of national origin, ethnic cleansing and incitement to hatred.
In October, the UN court in the Hague held hearings on Azerbaijan's claim against Armenia and on Armenia's claim against Azerbaijan. -02D-
