The European Command of the United States is holding a seminar in Baku for the Azerbaijani military.The Ministry of Defense reports that the seminar is conducted by experts of the US Army Command in Europe (USAREUR).
At a seminar on "The decision-making process during peacekeeping operations", foreign experts will give briefings on the process of making military decisions that correspond to peacekeeping conditions, as well as on other topics.The seminar, which will last until April 5, will also be attended by servicemen of the Azerbaijani army.

Activist Nijat Ibrahim, who was detained in Baku pre-trial detention center-1, inflicted numerous wounds on himself on November 20 in protest against unjustified criminal prosecution, his wife Parvin Ibrahim told Turan. According to her, on November 21, her husband called her and informed her that the day before he had inflicted incised wounds on himself with a piece of mirror. In particular, he cut his throat and ears.
