V. Dargahli: Azerbaijan Does Not Conduct Offensive Operations, Observes Ceasefire
Baku / 13.10.20 / Turan: The Azerbaijani army does not conduct offensive operations and fully complies with the humanitarian ceasefire, said the head of the press service of the Ministry of Defense Vagif Dargahli.
