Yerevan / 31.05.18 / Turan: The initiative Luys Artsakhin was created in Karabakh, which is intended to unite the population"s efforts with the aim of displacing local authorities. The author of the initiative is the former deputy of the parliament Vahan Badasyan. The member of the initiative group is Vachik Balasanyan, the brother of the secretary of the so-called "Security Council of Karabakh" Vitaly Balasanyan. This was reported by the Armenian edition of Aravot today.
Commenting on this message, the representative of the Republican Party ruling in Armenia until recently, Vahram Baghdasaryan, made it clear that violation of stability in Karabakh could lead to territorial losses.
