Jeyhun Bayramov
Baku/19.09.22/Turan: Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Ceyhun Bayramov left for New York today to attend the 77th session of the UN General Assembly. This is stated in the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
As a part of his participation in the plenary session of the UN General Assembly, Bayramov will also hold a number of bilateral meetings. Earlier, it was expected that Bayramov would meet with Armenian Foreign Minister Mirzoyan in New York. It was an initiative of the American side.
In view of the recent aggravation of the situation on the border, the holding of such a meeting remains questionable. -05B-

From 19 to 26 July, 24 automatic rifles, 1 machine gun, 9 rifles, 28 grenades, 441 shells, 3118 cartridges of different calibre and other ammunition were found in Khankendi, the Azerbaijani Interior Ministry reported. During the mentioned period, the police found 1 machine gun, 50 grenades, 7 fuses, 3 shells and 320 cartridges of different calibre in Shusha.

President Ilham Aliyev has approved by decree the Azerbaijan-Kazakh intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in military intelligence defense sector. The document was signed in Baku on 7 June 2024.
