Visit of the Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan to Belarus
Azerbaijani Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov has left for an official visit to Belarus, the press service of the military department reports.
Hasanov's visit to Minsk is timed to coincide with events on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from Nazi invaders and the country's Independence Day. Hasanov will take part in the military parade on the occasion of the anniversary celebrations. He will also take part in a meeting of the Council of Defense Ministers of the member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States. The official visit of the Azerbaijani Defense Minister to Belarus will last until July 3.

"We are deeply shocked by the news of the deaths and injuries resulting from the tragic incident that took place at the Christmas market in Magdeburg," the message reads.
