Baku/21.09.23/Turan: At noon on 21 September Armenian telegram channels began to report about a firefight in Khankendi and its suburbs.
Later there were reports that some separatist military unit refused to disarm and was fighting with Azerbaijanians.
Some time later, Armenian sources reported that the Azerbaijani armed forces "set up concrete fences around the perimeter of the city in order to prevent the population from leaving". At the same time, accusations were made against Azerbaijan of violating the ceasefire agreement and firing on the outskirts of Khankendi.
At the same time, the Azerbaijani Defence Ministry denied Armenian social media reports about the Azerbaijani armed forces' offensive in the direction of Khankendi. "These reports are absolutely false and are aimed at disinformation," it said. -06В-
