Ministry of Ecology finishes polluting the sea
Baku / 27.07.18 / Turan: The perpetrators of pollution of the Caspian Sea will be fined, the representative of the Ministry of Ecology of Azerbaijan Faik Mutallimov stated at a press conference on Friday.
The talk is about the owners of recreation areas that operate in the coastal zone. So, in the Khachmaz region there were recorded facts of littering near the recreation centers "Bulaq", "Panorama", "Raduqa", "Venesiya".
The monitoring also revealed the facts of dumping of garbage in the sea. For such actions, these centers were fined for a total of 12,500 manat, Mutallimov said. He urged citizens to inform the Ministry of Ecology about such facts.

In particular, a number of recreation centers "Relaks", "Tural-1", "Gəmi Qaya", "Orkhan", "Katamaran", "Sharur", "Kaspian Breeze" dumped waste water and garbage in the sea. On these facts, a protocol was drawn up and they were fined for a total of 3,100 manat.
In addition, the deadline granted to the owners of public catering facilities, holiday houses, restaurants to eliminate smoke emissions into the atmosphere and install modern sewage treatment plants has expired.
