
Rescuers from Azerbaijan rescued 37 people from the rubble in Turkey
Anadolu: During search and rescue operations in the earthquake zone with an epicenter in the Turkish city of Kahramanmarash, rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan rescued 37 people from the rubble, including eight children and teenagers.
This was reported on Thursday by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Azerbaijan Republic.
The ministry reported that rescuers also recovered the bodies of 145 dead from the rubble.
725 rescuers from Azerbaijan are working in search and rescue operations in the disaster zone in Turkey.
The death toll as a result of a devastating earthquake in southeastern Turkey has exceeded 12.8 thousand people.--0--
