Baku/21.03.14/Turan : On the occasion of the spring holiday Novruz, the Azerbaijan - German cultural center Kapelhaus with the organizational support of the Embassy of Germany , the Department of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Hospital No 1 and Second Cup Company, a charity concert was held on March 19.
The German Ambassador to Azerbaijan Heidrun Temple in his speech stressed the importance of such events in order to attract public attention to the problems of the mentally ill.
In turn, the head physician of the Psychiatric Hospital № 1 Agagasan Rasulov stressed that creative activity has a positive effect on the health of patients and enhances their self-confidence.
The audience was presented pantomime, excerpts from musical performances, dance performances, as well as an exhibition of paintings and souvenirs made by the patients of Mental Hospital No 1.
