The educational process in schools no longer exists. All that's left is the learning process...

Baku/31.01.21/Turan: “Only the educational process is evident. In recent days, videos have increasingly appeared on social networks indicating the spread of unethical behavior in schools during classes. These videos have become the subject of wide discussion in society. Many believe that such cases are associated with a low level of educational process. However, there are those, who believe that such videos are a provocation or black PR against the education system in general and the Ministry of Education in particular.

What is really happening?

Nadir Israfilov, an expert in the field of education, answers these and other questions of the "Difficult Question" program.

According to him, it is difficult to give an unambiguous answer to the question: Is this really the result of a low level of the educational process or a provocation and “black PR” directed against the education system and the ministry?

“I would not call all this a provocation, but there are attempts that are provocative. Recently, in social networks, the school and teachers are often blamed for all the problems of students. In this sense, all this is in the nature of a well-thought-out, planned campaign. This is not the first time. They hit the same spot all the time. And if any incident in society is regarded as an ordinary, ordinary phenomenon, then what happened at school is socialized, embellished, and the reasons that caused this phenomenon are not revealed. Therefore, there is an element of provocation here.”

The expert also touched upon the role of the media, which, in pursuit of a readership, use catchy headlines that often distort reality, journalists and bloggers sometimes create memes in their materials, exaggerate events. But few people are interested in the position of teachers, teaching staff.

“No one asks what prompted you to commit this or that act, to take this or that step. All this, of course, does not serve an objective perception of existing problems, leads to erroneous judgments and conclusions,” said Nadir Israfilov.

The teacher does not deny the school's responsibility for the formation and upbringing of the younger generation. However, in his opinion, it is impossible to tie everything to the school.

“It should be understood that a school is a part of society, and of course, all the processes taking place in society affect the school in one way or another. At the same time, the hypertrophied attention of society not only does not contribute to the improvement of educational work, on the contrary, pushes it into the background.

The teacher also noted that, unfortunately, there is no longer an educational process. “There is only a learning process. Everyone is only interested in one thing - how many applicants entered universities, what are the students' scores,” he complained.—0—
