Additional powers of the Tariff Council
The Tariff Council of Azerbaijan is endowed with additional powers. Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of disputes about payments related inventions will be resolved administratively or through the courts, and payout structure will be installed said.
According to the report on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan, pursuant to the Decree of the President of the changes in the law "On Patents" amended the rules regarding claims documents concerning inventions, utility models and industrial designs, related to national security. - 17D-
