Auction Sells Sixteen Objects
The September 27 auction privatized 13 objects and 30% shareholdings of three JSCs located in the regions.
Investors' interest was not so high. All the properties were sold at a starting price. The shares were sold at 50% of face value.
According to the State Committee on Property, four shops with total area of 984 square meters were sold in Baku. The area of these facilities has been estimated at an average of 95.5 AZN / m2.
Total from privatization of 16 facilities the state budget received 463.2 thousand manats.
The next auction on privatization of state property will be held on October 11. -----08D
