Authorized capital of BankSilkWay close to 100 million manat
The authorized capital of JSC BankSilkWay is close to 100 million manat. Preparedness Prevention of financial risk is confirmed by the Ministry of Taxes.
Earlier, the State Committee for Securities registered the prospect of additional shares in the amount of 2,037,690 manat. After placing on the BSE authorized capital increased by 2.1% - up to 99,167,580 manat.
JSC BankSilkWay (former AzalBank) has been effective since January 25, 2008. The shareholders are LLC Silk Way Airlines and two individuals. --17D-
