The autumn session of the Milli Mejlis
30 September the autumn session of the Milli Majlis started. The agenda included 37 questions.
The main topic of discussion is the answer from the deputies to the European Parliament resolution that called for the release of political prisoners.
"The European Parliament has once again made a biased decision against Azerbaijan, and therefore we consider it necessary to respond to this step, which means the pressure on our country," said Parliament Speaker Oktay Asadov.
In addition, it is planned to discuss the amendments to the laws on insurance, mail, plant sanitary inspection, veterinary service, and protection of the environment. The MPs will also discuss the draft law on the protection of the rights of investors in the securities market.
The deputies will also ratify a number of international bilateral agreements on cooperation. --17D-
