Azercell pioneers first Premium Customer Services in telecom industry
Azercell Telecom is taking the next innovative step in customer services. Thus, the company is going to take an individual approach towards the premium clients. Azercell has developed Premium Customer Services for its loyal customers.
Azercell Telecom LLC presented Premium Customer Services for special clients in the ceremony on 13 October 2016. A group of loyal and active customers widely using the company’s services are offered the Premium Customer Services since October this year. The company has appointed special curators in customer services offices to deal with each individual customer included in this group.
Premium Customer Services have a number of advantages. One of them includes the application of exceptional services for premium customers. Thus, a premium customer may consult personal curator regarding any issue that he/she is concerned about. In such case, the client is provided a technical assistance in connection with the cell phone and any trouble is immediately addressed and solved with high priority.
In addition, Azercell has introduced special campaigns for premium customers. Thus, they will benefit from a 15 percent doscount for international calls, namely to the European countries and other roaming services. The company also has a special “Birthday” campaign for premium customers.
The selection criteria to be labelled a premium customer incude the subscription to Hedsiz tariff, 5 years of active network usage and a track record of past 6 invoices with the amount exceeding AZN 100 each for postpaid and prepaid network users.
Premium customers taking part at the presentation ceremony were informed about the advantages and distinctive features of the new service.

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
