Baku Olympic Stadium Becomes Legal Entity
The Baku Olympic Stadium has received the status of a legal entity. The official gazette of the Ministry of Taxes reported on this on June 1.
The authorized capital of LLC Baku Olympic Stadium is defined at the level of 500 million AZN. SOCAR invested $ 710 million in the construction of the sports facility.
The stadium has been transferred to permanent use of the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA), the press service of the stadium told Turan. According to the founding documents, the founder is the state represented by the State Committee for Property Affairs.
The management of LLC Baku Olympic Stadium consists of 15 people. Thirty people are involved in the sanitation and other services. The security service involves 50 people. In addition, a contract has been signed with the company Orion for the provision of technical and electrical services.
Javid Garayev has been appointed Director of the Baku Olympic Stadium. Previously he was the head of the Marketing and Advertising Department of AFFA.
The Baku Olympic Stadium has 68,700 seats. It was commissioned in March 2015. ---08D
