Bank Nikoil Files Lawsuit against Its Former Management - Expert
Bank Nikoil’s management has filed a lawsuit against the former head of the Board Vasily Khamaza for the losses caused to the bank, the expert Akram Hasanov said. On his profile on Facebook the expert has written the bank has withdrawn its lawsuit against him and has blamed its former head for the losses.
Note that Bank Nikoil filed a lawsuit in court against Hasanov for his status in the social network, where he called the bank unreliable. The bank accused him of the outflow of investors after his status on Facebook.
“About two months ago, the bank changed its management. And now the current leadership has launched lawsuits against the former management. Specifically, the case against Khamaza is considered in the court of the Sabail district,” Hasanov wrote.
The expert believes the fact that after the head of the International Bank of Azerbaijan Jahangir Hajiyev, the management of Bank Nikoil will also face a trial confirms his statements about the problems in the banking system and other bank executives should learn a lesson from this. ----71D
