Cabinet approves the Master Plan of the city of Naftalan
On 4 November the Cabinet of Ministers approved Draft Master Plan of the city of Naftalan of republican value (http://goo.gl/HWu1z0), according to the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture, which is a customer of the main planning document of Naftalan - resort town.
The development of the General Plan of the city of Naftalan began in 2013 by the company "Renesans Studio". The project was submitted to the Government in August this year.
This year the local executive authorities approved the draft master plan of seven cities (Hajigabul, Neftchala, Balakan, Siyazan, Yardimli, Zardab and Zagatala). 08B

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
