Changes in rates of Asan Imza from Bakcell
The first local mobile operator Bakcell introduced changes in prices for the activation and providing Mobile Signature (Asan Imza) in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Taxes.
According to his press service, due to changes in the price per certificate for all segments declined several times. The cost of the certificate for 3 years - 18 manat regardless of status (individuals, government agencies, individuals and legal entities engaged in business activities).
The monthly fee is 50 kopecks for all three categories.

Mobile signature is a product of cooperation with the State Agency for the Reception and Social Innovation in the Presidency, the Ministry of Taxes, the Ministry of Communications and High Technology, as well as mobile services operator signature B.EST Solutions. The service is provided to representatives of government agencies and organizations as well as individuals to authenticate via an electronic signature by the SIM- card mobile device.
The service can be activated on the current number of the subscriber or a new SIM-card. In order to activate the Mobile Signature on the current issue the subscriber will need a duplicate SIM card. Customers wishing to subscribe to the new issue may apply to one of the Customer Service Centers Bakcell to get a new SIM card.
To activate the service one should contact one of the Customer Service Centers Bakcell and provide his identification card, as well as a letter from the organization they represent. After receiving the SIM card with activated service Asan Imza, one must turn to the Certification Center Asan of the Taxes Ministry to activate the e-signature certificate. - 17D-

Data on Azerbaijan's oil exports for January-October 2024 reveals a significant drop in both volume and value compared to the same period last year, highlighting the challenges facing the oil-dependent economy. The country exported 495,484.05 tons of oil products worth $309.02 million, a decrease of 40.3% in value and 40.7% in volume compared to 2023, when exports totaled 925,225.07 tons worth $572.21 million.
