Culture and Tourism Ministry Assigns Starts of Quality to Eleven Hotels in Azerbaijan
The Ministry of Culture & Tourism of Azerbaijan has assigned star quality to 11 hotels, the Ministry said.
The Ministry of Culture and Tourism held a classification of some hotels in order to meet their respective requirements and standards.
On the basis of checking, the following hotels received star qualities:
1. Chinar Hotel & Spa Naftalan - 5 stars
2. El Resort - 5 stars
3. Ayan Palace - 5 stars
4. Kur Hotel - 4 stars
5. Ober-Lux - 4 stars
6. Elfaro - 4 stars
7. Atlant - 4 stars
8. AF Hotel - 4 stars
9. Afra Hotel - 4 stars
10. Opera Hotel - 4 stars
11. Lotos - 3 stars
Currently, 117 hotels in the country have received the appropriate "stars" from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. ----74D

Azerbaijan's financial standing continues to strengthen as the country's foreign currency reserves have surged to $71 billion as of January 1, 2025, according to the Ministry of Finance.
