Deposit Insurance Fund Started to Adopt Requirements of Bank Standard Lenders

The creditors' claims against Bank Standard will be taken by the liquidator in written form within 60 days, said the Deposit Insurance Fund.

The liquidator of the bankrupt bank is the Deposit Insurance Fund. The Fund announced that the lenders must provide documents proving their legal requirements. In particular creditors should submit a document confirming the address of the creditor, the amount of interest and other charges included in the basic amount of the claim, and information on pledge (mortgage) or other safeguards is to ensure the requirement. 71D
