In the e-government portal www.e-gov.az appeared four electronic services for the implementation of the privatization of state assets, which are integrated to it. Participation in the privatization process has been made possible without turnout at the auction center of the State Committee on Property (SCP).
The press secretary for SCP, Gulu Khalilov, told Turan that the acceptance of applications for participation in the sale of small state-owned enterprises (objects), unfinished buildings, non-residential premises and shares at cash auctions is available by electronic circulation. Appeals are accepted in any of the five forms: electronic signature, ASAN Imza, smartphone, etc.
The electronic services do not apply to applications for participation in specialized cash auctions and auctions for the sale of land under privatized enterprises and joint stock companies yet.

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
