According to the State Social Protection Fund (SSPF), the need to innovate is due to the fact that not all citizens with individual accounts of social insurance make use of electronic services of SSPF. Chairman of the State Social Protection Fund Salim Muslimov thinks the system will increase the level of transparency in the field of social security and to organize public control of the employer. "Every employee can monitor the timely and full transfer of social insurance payments to his individual account, and in future, can have guaranteed reliable pensions," he said to the press.

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today.
