From January to May Azerbaijan reduced gas export to Turkey by 1%
From January to May 2016 Azerbaijan exported 2,735,042,000 cub.m. of gas as a part of the Shah Deniz-1 project, down 1.2% against the same period in 2015, according to the Turkish Council of the Energy Market Regulation (EPDK).
According to the same source, in May 2016 Azerbaijan exported 475.76 mcm of gas to Turkey. During this period 16.4% of gas was exported to Turkey from Azerbaijan and the remaining volume was exported by Iran and Russia.
According to the EPDK, in 2015 Azerbaijani gas export to Turkey totaled 6,168,068,000 cub.m.—0—
