Imports from the EU increased by 40.9%
Baku/28.01.14/Turan : In 2013, the trade turnover between Azerbaijan and EU countries amounted to $ 15,276.1 million. This was 7.5 % increase over 2012 .
The share of the EU in foreign trade turnover in 2012 amounted to 46.8%. This is 1.8 % higher than the previous year , according to the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan. While imports from the EU ( $ 3762 million ) grew by 40.7%. Exports of goods in the reverse direction ( $ 11 513.3 million ) decreased by 0.2 %.
