According to the preliminary information, in 2013 Russia exported 153.9 million tons of oil, 139 billion cub.m. of gas, 60.5 million tons of coal and 100,000 tons of oil products to the EU member-states. This is the data from the “Russia-EU” report.
In 2013 the main oil consumers were Netherlands (46.7 million tons), Italy (22.8 million tons) and Germany (17.4 million tons), the main gas consumers were Germany (37.9 billion cub.m.), Italy (23.8 billion cub.m.) and Poland (13 billion cub.m.) and the main coal consumer was UK (24.2 million tons).
According to the Russian Ministry of Energy, in 2013 Russia’s oil export decreased by 2.5% to 234 million tons. In 2013 Russia’s gas export, including liquefied gas (LNG), increased by 10.4% up to 205.6 billion cub.m. Export of coal from Russia increased by 12.6% up to 142.9 million tons, reported RBC.—0--
