JSC AGBank will convene on April 19 of this year, the general meeting of shareholders.
As reported in the bank, the event will take place at 17:00 in the head office located in Yasamal, Landau Street, 16. The agenda of the meeting includes the following topics:
Board of Directors Report and the Audit Committee on the results of the past year
Approval of the financial results, as well as the composition of the Management Board
Appropriation of profit
Increase in share capital
Discussion of the main directions of development of the bank in 2013

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
