Regarding CTP in the law provides a maximum average European level of proven benefits for health damage and life in one accident case is 50 thsd manats (with four passengers and a driver), the damage of one individual - 5 thsd AZN, and the damage of a car also compensated at the rate of five thousand manats.
By law, cases of non-insurance payments for CTP are not provided. Another thing is that those responsible for traffic accident entities shall be liable for illegal activities.
This law is democratic in the sense that we should not get certificates from the traffic police. If both parties agree on the degree of accident liability, the insurance company is sufficient to assure the so-called "Euro protocol" to simplify the procedure, then both the car owner to receive insurance payments without delay.
Basic cost of auto insurance at the rate of 1.5 thousand cubic centimeters (for cases of CTP) is 50 manats. With the increasing volume of the engine used the coefficient of 1.5 (up to 5 thousand centimeters cubed) and 5 (5 or more thousand centimeters cubed).
