Increased Share of Private Sector in Financing SSPF
New Year's greetings to pensioners were reported by the State Social Protection Fund, with the early completion of the financing of the regional offices.
According to the State Fund, its revenues by 1 December amounted to 2 646.5 million manat (+ 8.3% over the same period last year). Income from compulsory social insurance amounted to 1 billion 537 million manat (+ 9.9%). The share of the private sector was more than a third - 999.5 million manat (+ 13.4%).
SSPF expenses in January-November 2014 amounted to 2 619.4 million manat, of which 2 568 300 000 manat or 98% was directed to the payment of pensions and benefits.
As of December 1, 2014 the State Social Protection Fund registered 1,290,092 labor pensioners. At the same time pension on seniority is received by 60.8% of total labor pensioners, pension on disability – by 28.3%, pension on the loss of breadwinner - 10.9%. --17D-
