Insurers Underpay 370 000 Manat to Customers
The State Insurance Supervision Service of the Ministry of Finance ordered insurance companies to pay more than 367 thousand AZN to customers in 2014.
At today's press conference the head of the department of licensing, applications and complaints of the Service, Mahir Abdullayev said in 2014 they received 717 complaints from citizens. In 123 cases, the complaints were substantiated, 439 complaints had no grounds, and others are under consideration.
Abdullayev said that most complaints were of car (Hull) insurance. --17D-
