Intel Expands Its Presence in Azerbaijan
The local company Ultra Technologies, specializing in ICT, has been visited by the Vice President of the World Intel's World Ahead Program, John E. Davis.
According to Azerbaijani experts, a new step in the 15-year bilateral cooperation is aimed at the promotion of new products and solutions of the famous brand. The number of successful joint projects undertaken during this period included the creation of the first Wi-Fi zones in the South Caucasus, conducting days of University Campus at several universities in the country and providing several schools with modern laptops on the platform of Intel.
Director Ultra Technologies Zaur Mammadzade during the presentation described the production of laptops brand Nexus, equipped with technology Sigma, Sonoma, Napa, and the implementation of modern IT-concepts as One on One Education, Teach for the Future in schools and application of modern equipment on the platform of Intel. --17D-

According to official statistics from Azerbaijan, bilateral trade in 2023 reached 3.1 billion US dollars. In just the first ten months of 2024, trade volume increased by 17.1% year-on-year, reaching 3.02 billion US dollars, putting the annual trade figure on track to hit a record high.
