It Is Possible to Increase Number of Shareholders in AXA MBASK
The insurance company AXA MBASK put shares of its new issue on free sale.
According to the information of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), the placement of the securities began today, and the issue is to be repaid until 17 December of this year. The main message is that the existing shareholders have pre-emptive rights to acquire the shares.
Recall that the State Securities Committee (SSC) registered the current prospectus on December 30 with an ISIN-code AZ1002003692. In accordance with this, the insurer was entitled to release 6 545 securities with par value of 382 manat. Full placement of the shares will increase the authorized capital of the insurer to 2 million. 500.19 thousand manat.

Azerbaijan’s consumer price index (CPI) for the period of January to August increased by 1.3% compared to the same period in 2023, marking a period of moderate inflation in the country.
