Khalq Bank has become the third largest of the authorized capital
JSC Khalq Bank has become the third largest financial institution on the authorized capital in Azerbaijan, just behind the International Bank of Azerbaijan and JSC Pasha Bank.
According to the bank's management, yesterday they completed the procedure to increase the authorized capital to 197,125,290 manat.
According to the bank, the decision to increase the share capital was made April 1, 2014 at the general meeting of the shareholders. -17D-
