Leaders of Local ICT Enter Market Far Abroad
Local ICT companies intend to enter the market abroad. Three well-known structures: SINAM, Cybernet and Bestcomp together with MFI Document Solutions (Tanzania) have created a consortium to participate in the tender for the implementation and support of integrated management of internal revenue in the African country. SINAM has been chosen for operator of the partnership.
According to it, the joint application is included in the main pool of 9 candidates and hopes to win the tender. The reason is that the same SINAM has experience in a number of major projects. Among them, there is the financial reporting system and accounting for budget organizations of the Ministry of Finance AR (FARABI), the electronic archive system for the National Archives Department, the state portal of payments, and the integrated system of tax administration in the State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan.
Its longtime partner Cybernet has created the integrated system of tax administration for Azerbaijan and the registration system of inventory and management of real estate. Bestcomp Group implemented projects for the delivery of hardware and standard / system software for the operation of the program FARABI, supply of equipment for the creation of an automated workflow system and an information network for the Judicial-Legal Council of Azerbaijan, as well as the local judicial authorities. --17D-
