Life insurer in the level of authorized capital will be the third in the market
BAKU/04.02.14/TURAN : The insurance company PASHA Hayat Sigorta plans to increase its charter capital to 40.25 million manat . After registration in the Ministry of taxes it will be the third in the insurance market for this indicator.
According to the State Securities Committee (SSC) , on February 3 the issue prospectus was registered and the shareholders decided to apply conversion method to simple non-documentary shares .
Face value of each of the 70 thousand shares increased from 3.6 thousand to 5.75 thsd AZN . The growth is 15.05 million manat . The registration number is AZ1003009201.
Pasha Hayat Sigorta got license for insurance activity on February 14, 2011 . The sole shareholder of the company is Pasha Holding.
The authorized capital is 25.2 million manat.

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
