Loss of heat supply reached 81 million manats
State Company supplying thermal energy Azeristiliktechizat opened its financial statements for 2012, according to which its loss from business operations amounted to 27.8 million manat, which is AZN 4 million more than the previous year. On the causes of loss-making activities the auditor's report (LLC Premium Audit) does not say anything.
According to the report in the press about the financial state at the first January 2013, the loss of Azeristiliktechizat exceeded 81 million manat. While the accounts receivable total 18.5 million manat, the financial liabilities of the company are more than 71 million manat. Mainly due to public investment in the development of heating systems long-term assets of the company for 2012 increased by 5.3% to 117.5 million manat.
In 2012, on the production of heat for a total of 4 572.6 thousand manats 32.5 million manat was spent. In this case, administrative and other expenses of Azeristiliktechizat for the year amounted to AZN 8 million, which is 11 million manat less than in 2011.
JSC Azeristiliktechizat was established in June 2005. It serves mostly settlements on the Absheron Peninsula. In the autumn-winter season 2012-2013, it served 2,819 residential and commercial buildings, 264 schools, 146 kindergartens, 134 health care facilities and other items (350). On the balance sheet of the company, there are 425 boiler plants. 08B
