Ministry of extra-budgetary revenue tax in the first half of the year amounted to 200 million manat
Employees of the Ministry of Taxes in January-June, as a makeweight to the salary received 1,112,441 manats of extra-budgetary funds. This is more than 0.1 (11.5%) of all extra-budgetary revenues.
In total, the fund has received 9,649,500 manat - this means that in the first half of the year the total amount of the paid fines and financial sanctions imposed by tax authorities for tax law violations, was 192,990,000 manats.
Among the other notable expenditures there are funds for the purchase of equipment - 241,830 manat, on payment of "other acquisitions and services" - 551,666 manats. On the payroll freelancers there was spent 212,145 manat, and deductions for compulsory social insurance amounted to 288,175 manat.
Total paid was AZN 2,622,638.86. The balance of the fund on July 1, 2013 amounted to 7,026,861.1 manat.
Extra-budgetary fund of the Ministry of Taxes is the only one open to the local community financial institution of its kind. Other ministries do not disclose figures.
Recall that in late September 2008 the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan approved the formation mechanism of extra-budgetary fund of the Ministry of Taxes. It expects to generate a fund of 5% (previously 2%) of the total amount of fines and financial sanctions imposed by tax authorities for violation of tax laws and taxpayers listed in the state budget for the fiscal year for violation of tax legislation. The size of the items in the budget fund of the tax authorities shall not exceed 30% of the cost of the Tax Ministry allocated from the state budget. - 17D-
