New Structure of Ministry of Taxes
The Ministry of Taxes held a regular conversion and created the Office of Territorial Tax Authorities.
The agency noted they created a new department in order to improve control over local tax authorities, the full and timely collection of taxes.
The new division of the Ministry of Taxes was formed through the elimination of the Main Directorate of the Analysis of Tax Offenses of Criminal Nature and Organization of the Collection of Tax Debts, the Adviser Office on Audit and Operational Control, and so forth units. How many employees are in the new office is not reported.
The head of the new Department of the Ministry of Taxes is Elchin Baylar, former Deputy Chief of the Economic Analysis and State Registration of Business Entities. --08D
