Yesterday there was a general meeting of the shareholders of OJSC Parabank.
According to the official report, it was decided to increase the authorized capital to 50 million manat to meet the requirement of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan on the minimum capitalization.
As previously reported, the bank is arranging additional issue of shares totaling 20 million manat to increase its authorized capital to 31,570,400 manat.
Parabank OJSC was founded in 1991. Its shareholders are two legal entities and 18 individuals. --17D-

The Turkish company Aksa Doğalgaz, part of Kazancı Holding, has announced the completion of the contractual process to purchase the gas distribution companies Bursagaz and Kayserigaz. These companies have been operating under SOCAR Türkiye Energy AS (STEAS) since 2019, according to Aksa Doğalgaz.
