Pasha Capital Becomes Investment Company
The company Pasha Capital, the leader of the stock exchange transactions on purchase and sale of securities, announced a change in the legal form and name of the company.
It transformed from LLC into CJSC and became an investment company, as required by the new legislation on the securities market.
Prior to that, the company raised its charter capital from 250,000 to 300,000 manats.
The founder of the OJSC Pasha Capital Investisiya Sirketi (June 2012) is Pasha Bank. In December 2015 LLC Pasha Capital carried out securities transactions for 50 million manats.
The activities of investment companies are licensed. So far, perpetual licenses for this kind of activity on the securities market have been received by four companies. -----08B

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
